Our Chiswell Green office opened in 1992. From day one it has been under the control of one person, Graham Steel, giving us an unmatched level of experience and expertise in the area.
The office primarily covers the three local villages - Chiswell Green, Park Street and Bricket Wood but we also find demand for our services from adjoining areas and the south side of St Albans.
A lot of our business is derived from people moving within the area. We find that it is not unusual for us to be dealing with several people in a chain all moving locally.
The excellent road connections make this a very handy place to live and the local schools are some of the best in the area. Killigrew in particular has performed extremely well and we have people moving specifically to get their children into the catchment area.
