Collinsons is an independent company - that means it is not owned or influenced in any way by financial services operations or corporate structures. In practice this translates to us being able to be completely focussed in our sole market of selling property.
We constantly seek innovation to put the company, our clients and their properties ahead of the competition.
We have an enormous amount of experience in all areas of selling, conveyancing (the legal process that gets the house sold) and ancillary projects such as development, rural and equestrian properties and land sales.
We have four principle areas of operation St Albans, Chiswell Green, London Colney and Town and Country (which covers about a 20 mile radius).
There is information about each of these, however, with the considerable overlap between them we often employ the resources of all four to great effect.
st albans
Based at 9-11 Victoria Street, offering considerable experience in the selling of all types of properties in the local area from flats to character cottages, terraced houses to detached "executive" homes. Every property is treated individually with a marketing approach tailored to the needs of each client.
chiswell green
Based at 200 Watford Road, Chiswell Green (by the Three Hammers). The only agent in Chiswell Green with an area of operation that spreads across Park Street, Bricket Wood, Bedmond and beyond. Their local knowledge and understanding of the market is undeniably second to none.
town & country
Based at 9-11 Victoria Street, our Town & Country department has moved from strength to strength over the last five years. Relying heavily on recommendation (we don't use boards!) the different demands of larger and rural properties are tackled in a subtly tailored way. Driven by the preferences of our clients the approach is often low key and private demanding a unique approach to marketing.
